What is dark circle treatment like?

At Be CLINICAL we treat undereye circles through a variety of treatments based on the patient's unique conditions and goals. Some of the treatments we offer include:

• Fillers for Dark Circles:
  • Filler treatments for dark circles begin with a consultation to evaluate the state of your skin and determine the best product to use.
  • Preparation: Prior to the treatment, the under-eye area will be thoroughly cleansed. Topical numbing cream may be applied to minimize any discomfort during the procedure.
  • Injection: Your provider will inject hyaluronic acid-based fillers into the under-eye area using a fine needle or cannula. The injections are administered with precision to address hollows and fine lines that contribute to a tired look.
  • Results: The recovery period for filler treatments is typically minimal. The results are often immediate, with the under-eye area appearing smoother, more volumized, and refreshed.

• Microneedling for Dark Circles:
  • Consultation: Similar to fillers, you will have a consultation to discuss your concerns and assess whether microneedling is appropriate for your specific needs.
  • Preparation: The under-eye area will be cleansed, and numbing cream may be applied to ensure comfort during the procedure.
  • Treatment: A device equipped with tiny needles will be gently rolled or stamped over the under-eye area, creating controlled micro-injuries. These micro-injuries stimulate collagen and elastin production, promoting skin rejuvenation and addressing the appearance of dark circles.
  • Results: Following microneedling, the skin may appear slightly red or sensitive, similar to a mild sunburn.  Over time, as collagen production is stimulated, the under-eye area can become firmer, tighter, and more rejuvenated, reducing the appearance of dark circles.

• Laser Treatments for Dark Circles:
  • Consultation: A consultation will be conducted to assess your suitability for laser treatment, discuss your expectations, and determine the appropriate laser for your needs.
  • Preparation: The under-eye area will be cleansed, and protective eyewear will be provided to shield your eyes during the procedure.
  • Laser Application: A Be CLINICAL provider will apply the laser energy to the under-eye area. The laser targets melanin and blood vessels with the aim of reducing pigmentation and improving circulation.
  • Results: Patients should expect to see the best results from treatment after their final laser procedure. Results are gradual as the skin heals from laser stimulation.

What to Expect Post Treatment?

Recovery times vary based on the treatment(s) you have performed and individual skin sensitivity. In general, you can return to most activities within a day or two of your treatment. Results may be immediate or improve over the weeks following treatment.
