What is Your Cancellation Policy?

To remain timely with our patient flow and allow for optimal patient experience, we have implemented the following:

We require a 48-hour notice to cancel an appointment. Appointment times are reserved especially for each of our patients. A 48-hour notice will allow us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient.

If a no-show or cancellation is less than 48 business hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee of $50.00 will be charged to the credit card on file for every 30 minutes of the appointment.

For the above-stated reason, all clients are required to have a credit card on file at the time of booking an appointment.

What is Your Late Arrival Policy?

In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow and allow for optimal patient experience, we have implemented the following:

We ask that patients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow time for the check in process and answering any questions you may have about your service. If you know you will be arriving late, then please call the office so we can evaluate if rescheduling the appointment is necessary. Any instances of patients arriving over 5 minutes past your appointment time will be rescheduled.

We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late, however, appointment times are reserved on the schedule for each patient and exceeding the allotted time will affect subsequent patient appointments and provider schedules.

What is Your Refund Policy?

At Be CLINICAL we work with each patient to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each service. We offer individualized treatment packages, as well as competitive pricing options, in order for our patients to choose the best approach according to their needs.

For the reasons stated above, Be CLINICAL maintains an “ALL SALES FINAL” policy. Once services are purchased and completed they will not be refunded. However, to ensure patient satisfaction and the best experience possible, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to other services at Be CLINICAL.

For Skin Care Products, all sales are final, however, an unopened item may be exchanged for a different skin care product.

All injectable and treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, or chemical peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

We always strive to achieve the absolute best results and satisfaction for our patients. Aesthetics is not an exact science and patient response to a given treatment may vary from person to person. Due to variability in individual results, payments are made for services performed, and not based on specific results.
